Vincent contacted us promptly for the scheduled estimate. We received a good explanation from him on what needed to be done and why. no pushiness at all. Once we decided to go with Greenlight, Vincent reviewed the entire process with us and made time to answer our questions and concerns. He even visited our home before the job to do a pre-survey for the crew and reached out to our neighbors to introduce himself and describe the work that was going to be done. The crew arrived on time and were quick and professional. Very well organized and great communication from the site Manager as well.Post cleanup and QA were done very well and follow-ups from Vincent and the crew really helped us to be confident in the work that was done. I really thought the experience of getting a roof was going to be negative, but it was nothing like that. I highly recommend Greenlight and Vincent especially.
