  Me and my wife came to galaxy stone today my sale rep his name was tamer Qartomy. He was great customer sever. He was very patience with us he took the time outside with us and show us all the colors outside and teach us what is granite and what is quartz we didn’t know what’s the difference Tamer came and tough us all the colors in the yard . Tamer was an amazing customer sever me and my wife are very happy for my countertops what I select today. High recommend tamer Qartomy he did a great job. I will definitely recommend all my friends to go select granite to Galaxy stone and tamer is the man to talk too and definitely give you the best prices

  Extremely disappointing and humiliating experience at Galaxy Stone. We were referred by our contractor while selecting stone for our new home. We drove all the way from Austin to Houston — twice — specifically to visit Galaxy Stone. During our first visit, we clearly explained that we were first-time buyers exploring options and would return with measurements before placing an order. The salesperson, Tamer, rushed us, showed little interest in helping, and repeatedly dismissed the materials we liked by saying they were too expensive instead of providing proper information. When we returned the second time with measurements and were ready to place a hold order and payment, Tamer quoted a significantly higher price for the same material. When we asked for an explanation, he responded in a rude and dismissive tone that since we did not purchase during the first visit, the price had been increased and that “this is business — you must buy the same day.” I asked him why he was being rude to us as we have not even spent 5 mins with him or asked him more than 2 questions, his response was, this is the way I am, it’s Ramadan, if you want to place an order I will be inside. What does Ramadan got to do with selling stone? The interaction was unprofessional, disrespectful, and aggressive. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was seeing Tamer speak politely and patiently with a white customer while our questions were met with irritation and a raised voice. After driving hours twice and being ready to place an order, we left feeling singled out, disrespected, and humiliated. Choosing stone for a home is a major investment, and customers deserve transparency, fairness, and respectful treatment. Our experience at Galaxy Stone was the complete opposite. I generally do not call out bad experiences in any review, but this one felt like profiling, which no human should experience. The sad part is that we found what we wanted at Galaxy but we have to shop elsewhere Looks like other people got the same treatment. Please add a sign outside, come in if you are ready to pay in 10 mins, or don’t visit us at all.

  I took my customer into their slab yard to find the prefect piece for her kitchen. I couldn't find it anywhere else in town. As we looked through their selections, we started to think we were never going to find what we were looking for. Then we had an all-star step up to the plate and hit it out of the park. Daniela not only had the knowledge of their product, she had the patience and personality to make my customer happy. I feel completely confident in sending my customers to Galaxy Stone especially if she is there to help them with their selections.

  I had wonderful experience with Yesseli. She has tons of patience and she’s very thorough with the details. We ordered few slabs and being out of town wanted to change our order. Yesseli went extra mile to send us videos and pictures on request. Those helped us to make a final decision and we are getting our slabs delivered next week. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. Customer service is very good
