  We visited several flooring stores during our project, and Flooring Warehouse was definitely the most welcoming. They have a great selection and knowledgeable and genuinely friendly staff. What we most liked was the relaxed atmosphere—there was no pressure or pushy sales tactics, just helpful guidance. Since choosing new flooring is a significant investment and can require time to consider all the options, we appreciated their patience and support throughout the process.

  We had a great experience using flooring warehouse. We worked with Colby on our project and it could not have gone any better. I called to see if they had samples in the showroom, he answered right away and assured me that they did. We showed up the same day to look and we had a specific model in mind that we wanted to see and could not find anywhere else. He was very knowledgeable about the different brands and options and was familiar with what we wanted immediately. It was discontinued but he contacted his rep and was able to identify the replacement line of that item. He had a sample available for us the next day. We were given a quote that beat all our other bids. He made the order had the material in before the expected date and got it installed the next day. The installer was very nice and professional. We are very pleased with our experience and will use them for future work.

  Colby was extremely knowledgeable about everything in his showroom. Treated us great and showed us several options to think about with our house. Not only was Colby great in the showroom, but the install crew knocked the job out of the park, giving us exactly what we had pictured, in a timely manner. I will definitely be recommending Flooring Warehouse to anyone looking to redo floors in the Houston area.

  Was looking to sell my rental house while I was away from the city, they have made everything extremely easy, it was very affordable, and their install team was professional and sent me pictures to show the install. They got the carpet quoted and installed in less than 2 weeks! Will absolutely use them anytime again!
