The low rating is for the communication after the fact. We purchased the service plan and needed proof of our furnace being in working condition. Many phone calls later leaving messages and even speaking to the General Manager, we never received what we needed. We ended up having to pay for someone to come out and do a furnace check from another company. For poor communication only, we will not use them again.
