The shower still didn’t drain and I was still charged over $400. Then I called another company the same day and they said the problem was in the line in the wall. They went to far greater effort and charged less than David Hicks. I must say David Hicks did return my money. So I decided to give them a second chance on another commode that needed its inner parts replaced. But the commode had a running problem that was not fixed. Again, I called another plumber who said David Hicks left the old flap. So I paid $400 for new insides for an old potty, then bought a new potty. Ian is the only good plumber I have experienced with David Hicks. Beware.
