  We contacted Carpet Giant on a Sunday after we purchased new furniture that was delivering in 6 days. Julie contacted me immediately and setup an appointment for Monday. After consultation, we were able to have new flooring installed on Tuesday. Wonderful customer service and installation.

  Our experience with Carpet Giant was great. The salesman took good care of our needs and the installers did a great job with the installation. Comunication needs a little work but we are happy with the end result.

  Had a wonderful experience from showroom through install (both carpet and hardwood). Robert was helpful with selections and keeping us updated along the way. Also the hardwood installation team (Johnny and Mario) were very professional and did an excellent job (happy we chose Carpet Giant).

  Great experience from the initial contact to the in-home consultation all the way to the final cleanup, and the price was very good. I will recommend them to family and friends in the future.

  Had the absolute worst experience purchasing carpet from Carpet Giant. I ordered Stanton top of the line carpet from them. The sales agent came to my house to take measurements, after finishing he said "Im going to swipe your card and charge you the deposit" I was then alerted by my bank that a transaction was declined in the amount of aproximately $5500. I asked the gentlemen "I thought you were just charging the deposit"? he responded with "I can charge just the deposit if you want"... like ummm sir, I want you to do what you said and not take authority over my monies. I then called my bank and increased the daily limit and processed the transaction in the entire amount. then comes installation day. I recently remodeled my entire home, level 5 drywall finishing throughout. the carpet installers, although led by a very kind and personable gentleman Gus- they completely tore up my walls on the way upstairs as they struggled to get the carpet rolls up the stairs. additionally the installers left dark, black grease stains around my entire bedroom from their heads. also, they left dirty foot prints on the carpet, I found it strange that no one was wearing protective shoe coverings. once they were done, they asked me to sign off soon the install. so I began to inspect their work and could literally pull the carpet up from the wall. I informed them of this and they stayed another hour and half remedying the problem. days later I noticed the seam busting open. THE ENTIRE SEAM WAS UNRAVELING. I reached about the issue of the seam unraveling and also the paint and drywall issue and they said "well guys Said he can come and touch up the paint and patch fix the drywall... and someone will be out to inspect the carpet". I wasn't satisfied with Gus coming to fix the drywall and paint, bc is he a paint and dry wall tech? they came out & inspected the install and said they would file a claim & have the new carpet in in 3 weeks. its been 6 weeks and no update or install
