She stated that once we did the work I would get the $99 back. After he measured the closet, and island they called me and said they couldn’t help me with the island because they didn’t have anything to match the white I already had; but she would get started on the closet. That was about two weeks ago and I haven’t heard a word. They have other great reviews so this can’t be the case, but from my experience it feels like an elaborate trick to get my $99.

When the cabinets arrived a week later I was informed I would have to put them together. A full days work. I also discovered they were particle board. The cabinet top was not what I wanted. Was told every thing had a whooping 25% restocking fee. What a rip. I could have gotten the same exact cabinets at Lowe's already assembled and $600 less. What a rip off. Never will I use cabinets to go.
