This innocent face looked up at me to the right of the room, and I knew she was the right person to assist me. Bess, approach was firm, gentle and professional! I had an idea a d a vision of what I wanted. However, when I showed her my layout, colors, photos and videos of my vision, she took it a it and drafted it out. It was EXCELLENT! I am a very happy customer and can't wait to chair the layout with my husband and daughters. Bess understood that the house we are renovating is located in Florida and she called that store near our house in Holly Hill, just a few miles or blocks away.
