Yes, residents may own domestic pets such as dogs, cats, caged birds and aquarium fish as long as there are no more than three total cats or dogs. Gatherings at Westview has no weight restrictions for dogs and all non-aggressive breeds are welcome. The community guidelines provide guidance to help everyone have a peaceful home.

Social networks and families come in all ages, so Gatherings ensures you have the opportunity to spend time with loved ones. In Gatherings at Westview, children may visit up to 90 days within a 12-month period.

While it is impossible to eliminate sound transmission, we address sound reduction in several ways. First, we utilize a team of architects, mechanical engineers, and acoustical engineers that design every building and home to meet or exceed the sound attenuation performance required by current building codes. The use of sound bat insulation, double-hung drywall, resilient channels, light-weight concrete and sound mat over subfloors, and acoustical caulk are all important parts of the design in every Gatherings community. Second, once designed and constructed, all sound reduction assemblies are inspected and tested onsite by the same team of consultants involved in the design to ensure each building and home perform as intended. Lastly, community guidelines in Gatherings communities address important lifestyle ways to limit sound transmission such as flooring requirements.

While no one can guarantee safety, Gatherings at Westview features include: emergency stairwells-great for exercise and in the event of an emergency can be used as areas of refuge; fire rated wall and ceiling assemblies; 24-hour monitoring of fire alarm and sprinkler systems; 24-hour monitoring of the elevator with an emergency phone; electric elevators with battery backup; and life safety equipment including fire extinguishers and AEDs in each building.

Condo buildings feature four stories of single-level homes for your ease and convenience. Each Gatherings home includes a private patio and exterior windows for enjoying seamless outdoor living and views. An elevator is also conveniently located, providing access to each floor, in addition to two stairwells — perfect for exercise and getting in your daily number of steps.
