I placed an order scheduled for delivery in October, and when I finally went into Arizona Tile earlier this week to follow up, the experience was shockingly bad. I stood at the counter for over three minutes while the employees carried on a casual conversation with warehouse staff—no eye contact, no acknowledgment, nothing. When one finally turned to me, she acted annoyed that I was even there. She couldn’t find my order, displayed zero interest in helping, and basically dismissed me with an “oh well.”
I walked out feeling completely disregarded. I’ve never had service this poor anywhere in the last five years. I won’t be returning to Arizona Tile.
If they didn’t have such good products, I would’ve given him a one star

Apparently Arizona will no longer sell to builders. Rayburn Builders has used them for years in both granite and tile. Builders that like to accompany their clients through the selection process to ensure the customer gets exactly what they want. Or, have the clients designer accompany them as they pick their selections can no longer do that.
Brilliant business decision. To bring clients and designers to your business and then not allow them to pay for the products you sell.
As a member of the GBA custom builders council, I will let everybody know that they can no longer send clients to Arizona Tile and granite in Houston, Texas to select granite countertops, flooring and backsplash. They will only sell the fabricators now.
That’s OK, as there are countless granite and tile suppliers in Houston
