Builders that like to accompany their clients through the selection process to ensure the customer gets exactly what they want. Or, have the clients designer accompany them as they pick their selections can no longer do that. Brilliant business decision. To bring clients and designers to your business and then not allow them to pay for the products you sell. As a member of the GBA custom builders council, I will let everybody know that they can no longer send clients to Arizona Tile and granite in Houston, Texas to select granite countertops, flooring and backsplash. They will only sell the fabricators now. That’s OK, as there are countless granite and tile suppliers in Houston

I first purchased tile here in 2022 for my home, and after three years, I returned again—and the experience was just as wonderful. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and patient—they provided various samples, explained the features of each product, and helped me find the perfect match. Truly outstanding customer service and a beautifully curated selection. Highly recommended!
