  I had to replace my roof QUICK and I am thankful to Tanner and the Amstill team for walking me through the process, giving me options amd making sure I knew what needed to do on my end with my HOA. They never left me wondering what was next. They're contributions to the military community and being a wounded warrior myself, made my decision easy and I do not regret it. It is beautiful. Thank you Tanner for showing me the solar options to replace those mushroom caps!

  The best roofing experience I have ever had. Beginning to end. The price, the service, the installation, the communication and the best price for the best quality roof!! I found them online as I searched for the best, highest rated roofing company, and they did not disappoint Didi mention they did a complete removal and replacement of the whole roof on a Saturday morning. Very accommodating to our schedule since we run a very busy dental practice. They cleaned up like it never happened. Charles was so professional and no pushy at all. Just the facts.

  From the initial inspection and estimate from Justin to the final cleanup, the entire experience was exceptional. The project manager Evan kept me updated every step of the way and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. The crew worked with impressive precision and completed the job faster than expected, without cutting any corners. Awesome team work here. The new roof not only looks amazing but also gives me peace of mind knowing it was done right. The service was outstanding, and the results exceeded my expectations. I would trust them again without hesitation.

  We recently decided to proactively get estimates on repairing / replacing the roof on our 3 bedroom home in the Heights area of Houston, Tx. The roof was not leaking but did show its age (12 yr) plus some roof rot of the facia board and soffits. After looking through numerous reviews, we received 4 estimates and decided to go with Amstill Roofing. They were not the least expensive but the reviews were uniformly superior and that was exactly what we experienced! The work was done quickly, thoroughly, and with quality material by experienced installers at a fair price. Will Gavrelos was our roof consultant and initial contact. He came to the home within 24 hours of the initial contact, did an initial walk-around, climbed onto the roof and then into the attic (the only roofing company who looked there) to thoroughly understand what the home needed. He was honest about what repairs were needed now and what would be needing replacement over the next few years. He walked us through 3 options that he recommended and without pressure, allowed us to make the decision based on our budget and timeline. After meeting with the other roofing companies, we signed the contract with Amstill and in 3 weeks from initial contact, we have a new roof. Amstill gave us a veterans credit and a cash discount. Arnaldo Portillo was the onsite supervisor and did a superior job of walking me through the process, understanding my concerns and walking me through the job timeline. Will said they would be there by 6 am, Amstill sent me a reminder email the day before and Arnaldo was knocking on the front door at 6:05. He was great. Will came back the day of installation to ensure everything was going well, however the person that made the difference was the project manager, Jose Lopez. Jose was on top of each phase of the job and helped me know what was being done throughout the day. As a Master Carpenter, Jose understood my concerns about the facia board and soffit replacement. They did a great job of painting the repairs, installing the roof and cleaning up (nails, roofing materials, etc.) after the job was complete. Jose even took me back up in the attic to ensure there were no issues. Amstill was the right company to handle the job and the three team members I identified in this review were excellent representatives of the company. I will and have recommended Amstill to my friends and neighbors. Thanks for taking such good care of our home.

Their transparency and clear communication instilled immediate confidence, making the decision to go with Amstill an easy one. Trent and Jones ensured all our questions regarding warranties and insurance claims were answered promptly and clearly. On the day of the replacement, the operation was executed with impressive efficiency and precision. This seamless work was largely thanks to our Onsite Supervisor, John. John managed the crew meticulously, ensuring every safety precaution was followed and the work met the highest standards. He was on-site the entire time, quickly addressing any minor issues and keeping us updated on the progress. His dedication to quality control and minimizing disruption to our property was evident throughout the day. Amstill Roofing provided a perfect combination of excellent customer service (thanks to Trent and Jones) and flawless execution (thanks to John and his crew). We highly recommend Amstill for anyone needing roofing services. They are reliable, professional, and deliver exactly what they promise.
