- BBBrian Bruce6 days ago2.0Communication was great, they were able to get a technician out quickly and worked with my schedule. A couple hours after the technician left, the house was getting cold and I noticed that the AC did not turn off. After checking things out I realized that the AC would not shut off.it ran constantly even if I turned the heat on. The only thing that stopped it was turning the whole system off in the attic. After spending $1800 to replace a panel and a sensor (which cost about $300 total online) I still didn't have a working AC. I called All Star and they said unless it was an emergency they wouldn't be able to get anyone back until the next day. The new technician arrived around 2:45 on Saturday and after about 45 minutes informed me that it was a bad panel and he didn't have one on the truck. The technicians were friendly and courteous, but $1800, two trips out, a wasted Saturday an I still don't have a working AC. I guess I will have to arrange to take a day off from work now while I wait for them to fix the problem.
