Xitlaly, Amancio and Bradley were amazing in taking care of my warranty issue!!! They were EXTREMELY professional and friendly! I even took my daughter out to teach her about the plumbing issue that the guts Amancio and Bradley help me understand about! They were patient with my questions! This was my first time using a new home warranty. I wanted to know if they get work from the warranty company and make sure the warranty company pays them! That is important to me that they get paid! An issue like this could have cost around $850 but because of my warranty company it covered it thankfully!!! I HIGHLY recommend this company! I only give 4 stars because we always have something to learn no matter who we are or our age. Room for growth is important!!! Thank you to Mr. Steve and his wife having a great team!!! Explained what he found and offered solutions to the problem. Gave me the choice. NO High Pressure. It was great not dealing with a "Used Car Salesman".
