  The work was completed in 3 days. We were able to discuss the job and make decisions together. There was a slight mistake when they began the job and it was rectified immediately. The workers worked hard and fast. It's only been less than a week, so it is hard to vouch for the longevity, but it does come with a lifetime warranty on the work. The price was good as well. I would recommend them.

  I guess there is a first for everything- this is the first time I can say that a major home repair project was easier, cheaper, and faster than I expected at every stage of the project. Thank you to the Duratech team for showing such integrity and transparency throughout this whole process. I was worried this would be at least 3-4 times the price, require me to replace my floors afterward, and cause significant disruption to my life. The team was able to begin the project the week after I got a quote, finish the labor in two days with all the piers outside and no interior damage, and put everything back the way they found it. It’s like they were never here except that my house is level now. The workers themselves were polite and careful and my laundry room is no longer trying to break off the rest of the house. It’s nice to know we have a lifetime warranty as well in case anything should come up in the future. I can’t speak highly enough of this company!

  If you are considering foundation work, I strongly recommend seeking services from a reputable competitor rather than Duratech. I mistakenly chose Duratech for my foundation repairs in early 2025, and it is a decision I deeply regret. The quality of the work was inadequate, as cracks began resurfacing less than a year later. Despite having a warranty, my experience with Steve Nelson from Duratech was extremely unprofessional. He was unresponsive to my repeated attempts to file a claim and eventually told me that the claim would not be honored, accusing me of simply looking for "free work." After three months of disputes, Duratech finally sent an assessor to my home. The data confirmed that the initial work was improper and required further adjustments. Despite this evidence, my appointments were repeatedly canceled without explanation. Steve Nelson seemed determined to avoid taking accountability, leading to an unnecessary and stressful denial of my claim. The lack of quality and professionalism have left me with a home where doors still do not close properly. Having to repeat foundation work twice within a single year is not acceptable no matter how the team wants you to believe this is totally normal. I urge you to explore other options and choose quality over cost to avoid the headache I have experienced.

  I had an excellent experience with Duratech. Everyone communicated what to expect and kept me updated during the process. I was concerned that the utility company did not arrive to mark my utility lines to avoid them being damaged by the repair. I expressed my concerns to Duratech about my fiber cable being damaged during digging and they explained they are very careful during the process. The repair completed today and nothing was damaged. Great job guys!!!
