  Collins and his crew were professional, friendly, respectful of my property , and worked diligently to do their part from start to finish on the installation of my Generac generator! I ran into issues trying to access online CenterPoint to request and pay for an upgraded gas meter. Collins sat at my kitchen table and worked with me and assisted me in communicating over the phone with entry level CP employees who basically could not assist . Collins continued using his account to resolve the issues I was having online. He supervised the job throughout the process and was awesome communicating with me in person, by text, and by email. I would highly recommend Bios Power Systems to purchase a home generator.

  After back to back storm outages, we decided to get a home generator. Working with Collins made the process easy. His Techs were competent and the installation went smoothly. Can recommend contacting him should you be interested in your options. We haven’t had an outage since our installation but the weekly “exercise” has worked every time.

  We had a great experience with the company when they led us through the purchase and installation of a Generac generator. Mr. Collins was very knowledgeable and helped us through the process and the follow up. Installation was speedy and professional. We didn't have to deal with any delays or setbacks.
