- CPCuddly PekingeseJul 17, 20191.0AVOID: Had a new ac installed with them based on prices and reviews. Now I regret going this route. There's a never ending problem with the cooling in the house. This issue happen the following day after installation. They seem not to know what they are doing. They don't want to point fingers at there own people mistakes. The whole house doesn't air conditioned like it use to. My old ac unit of 20 years with a slow leak cooled the house much better than what they did after installation. My vents all around the house now sweat and no air flow is felt like before. Horrible experience! Avoid!!!

I've tried to cancel the maintenance plan several times and was always reassured it was cancelled but they kept charging my credit card. Today when I called again to cancel the lady hung up on me. What a terrible company to deal with.

He was on time from the courtesy call we received this morning. He knew within a few seconds what the cause of the noise was. He took out the old part and replaced the blower wheel in about 2.5 hours. He was friendly and even checked the heater to make sure it was working as well before he left. We were very pleased and will definitely use them again
