  AirPro and John are fantastic. You get what you pay for. If you want it done right, once, then go with AirPro. Have been using them for a couple of years now and super pleased with the quality and professionalism. Cannot say enough good things about John. Super knowledgeable and has a deep understanding of his craft.

  Mason did a great job explaining our problem with the 14/26 year old system and then explaining a good range of options for system replacement. Even better due to a time constraint for us, Mason was able to arrange for the replacement the next day. That is taking place as I write this and the install crew is great. On time efficient, explaining things that need it. Very please!

  We have used AirPro for all of our HVAC needs for years. They continue to provide excellent service. We recently needed a minisplit/ductless system installed in our garage which we had converted to a game room. Mason Nichols came out to give us a bid and everything went smoothly from there. He personally came out before the installers to setup the electrical and while he was here he went above and beyond to also help us out with an unrelated issue in our central air systems. After I asked him a couple of questions, he knew what we needed and proceeded to crawl in the attic and replace the whole system filters which was not at all why he was here. He realized what we needed and rather than sending a crew out he simply took care of it himself. Just another example of the great service we always receive from AirPro. And the new minisplit, that was installed today by a friendly, professional two man crew, works great!
