I spoke to Jenny who was extremely pleasant and she informed me they had a service man in the area and he would be there late that afternoon. The technician was not only on time but he was knowledgeable, efficient, had the parts he needed, and was happy to answer my questions. The technician (Skylar) had my generator diagnosed and repaired in just over an hour. I was very pleased with the service I received from TMR, and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
