  This company started adding additional hours and costs to the invoice, at their discretion, and now expect me to pay it. I agreed to $210 hour from the beginning. All I asked them to do was run stakes vertically from the 4 points of my property since I wasn’t sure if a structure my neighbor and I were sharing was part of my property. The four corners were already marked so no additional work was needed. I specifically asked if that was all the costs and the rude lady answering the phone said, yes. I received an invoice for $1000 for literally 1.5 hours in the field. When I asked for a breakdown of the invoice they had no choice but to make up numbers since the worker was able to do it so quickly with me by his side. The additional costs now include $210 an hour for 1.5 hours drive time, $100 for mileage, $100 office work, $100 supplies. They expect me to pay $210 an hour to drive back to the office and pay mileage?! Absolutely ridiculous and greedy. There was no office work needed since it was all field work. Your over inflated $210 an hour should already have those costs in it. I’m beyond upset with how shady and greedy this company is that they would start making up costs just to make more money. $1000 for a 1.5 hour job is ridiculous. Very unprofessional. They will be reported to the BBB for inflating their invoice.

  We weren't happy with the way we were treated. They charged us extra for their mistake. They were unprofessional in their billing process. They wouldn't compromise with us. I thought the customer was always right. It was a bad experience.
