I had gone to 4 other home builders before this and sometimes left more confused then before I had gone in to the display home. Michael did an amazing job really explaining everything to me and ensuring I understood what I was doing. He did not try to pressure me our make me feel uncomfortable at any time. And best of all once we decided to go this route he ensure I was up to date with everything and would sometimes even stay late to work around my schedule. I love the home so far and Michael and the builder Joe are amazing people to work with. If you are a first time home buyer (or not) and are not sure what to say or ask or how the whole process works I would definitely recommend making a stop here.
