David and Brendan showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue (pressure regulator), gave me a quote, and completed the work all in the same day. Very friendly and professional. I called Silverback plumbing that night and they accommodated me and fixed it the next day. Mario was very courteous and professional. I recommend them 100%. I have a Water line Leak Protection called American Water Resources of Texas that I got thru AMAC but they could not give me an appointment for 4 days. They were going to let me go without water for 4 days! I begged them to find a plumber to come sooner. But they said no. I am canceling that program. It’s worthless.
