I was essentially told it could be upward of 2 weeks to be looked at. Meanwhile, a friend of ours recommended Silverback. Mind that I contacted the owner on December 30th. Long story short, they had our tank replaced with on industrial tank the very next day (New Years Eve). The gentlemen sent to do the work were some of the most expeditions, professional and detail oriented I have had the pleasure to contract. My only regret is that Google only allows for five stars. I can't recommend or thank these guys enough.

He was very thorough with his explanation of what caused the issue and quickly resolved the problem in order for us to be ready to host family for Christmas! Great service, pricing, and experience! Past experiences with larger San Antonio plumbing companies were disappointing, so I researched and called Silverback. Mario was great from the start. He thoroughly investigated the leak's origin and explained the options clearly, as if teaching an apprentice, as another review mentioned. Silverback is an excellent company with great people. I've found my go-to plumbing company and highly recommend them.
