  After waiting three months ( original estimate given), decided it was time to fix , maintain leaking manifold fittings from underneath water heater. Accessing the manifold was not easy given the small space available there. The team was able to successfully remedy the problem by installing permanent fittings. Backed by 5 year warranty made house call appt even great . Would recommend Silverback plumbing and drain to anyone seeking plumbing services. First two are before pics. Last 2 are after pics( work done).

  Silverback Plumbing and Drain was very responsive. They scheduled an appointment within 24 hours of my call to repair a bathroom drain pipe that was leaking and they provided a fair estimate. David Bransteter was very professional and also very creative in finding a way to access the bathtub drain without having to remove the tub and tile as several other plumbers had suggested. They completed the job within 72 hours. I could not be more pleased with their professionalism and skill. If I ever need plumbing in the future, they will be my first call. I highly recommend Silverback Plumbing and Drain. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Just call them. You will be glad you did.

  I called this plumbing company because I had two toilets with issues—one flushing slowly and the other frequently clogged. The technician they sent was polite, which is the only reason this gets 2 star, but he definitely did not seem experienced. He appeared unsure in his explanations which didn’t inspire confidence. He recommended cleaning out the main sewer line as the “least expensive” option and said he used a camera, but he never showed me anything. The inspection was extremely quick, and he came back saying there was “good news” and no clog. I’m not even sure anything was actually done as I didn't get to review the video. I was charged $300 for this. After that, he said it would cost $700 or more to remove both toilets and auger them—something he couldn’t even do that day and would require rescheduling. This made the visit a complete waste of time. I would not have scheduled the appointment if I had known it would need to be rescheduled anyway. It makes no sense why he didn’t remove the toilet and auger first before doing a main sewer clean-out, especially since I wasn’t having overflows anywhere else in the house. After he left, I called another plumber who told me the clog was most likely in the toilet itself and that cleaning the main sewer line was unnecessary and likely done just to charge more. I ended up plunging the toilet myself, and after several tries, it unclogged and the problem was completely resolved. If I could fix it myself, why couldn’t the plumber do that in the first place? Very disappointing experience and not worth the money or time.
