These people don't honor manufacturer warranty, they claim to, and claim the full purchase price is 300% higher, so they can still make money on your warranty claim. Then try talking to a supervisor, they won't let you! Best to stay away from here! How do I know this? My replacement window sells for $209.00 full price (at a reputable dealer) these folks tell me my 30%, because of warranty will cost $233.00, they tell me it's a $600.00 window!

From the front desk guys that have very little knowledge to the arrogant guy in charge in the back. I would never return.
