We called for service at 2100 and Pedro arrived at 2230 although Pedro wasn’t able to clear the drainage system that night he was able to let us know he needed a jet tool to help clear the drainage. He said he would return at noon on 12•26•2025. Javier called at 0918 to let us know they were on their way to our home to finish the job. Javier and Eli arrived and began to work until the drainage was cleared. Javier was able to explain it was an uneventful circumstance on the city side that clogged our drainage. He was able to verify that everything looked good through the camera system from our house to the city drainage. I want thank Pedro very much for showing up very quickly on Christmas night and Javier and Eli for completing the job.
