    Terrance provides excellent, courteous and professional service. He took time to explain the system inspection results and the recommended service required to return our systems to full operational condition. Highly recommend Terrance if you’re looking for HCAC service.

    DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR NEVER LOSE A PENNY PROGRAM! I just had to lose $710 and justify it with text reminders to service my items, refusal to use my funds on repairs that cost $500 because it wasn't a major system. I am supposed to believe I received enough benefit to the money for the 1 visit per year to wait until I have to replace a major system. This is NOT how it was pitched to me in 2022 when it was brand new. They do not stand by you if it means using your funds.

    Excellent, excellent service through Milestone Plumbing today! Alvaro Carrillo and the service tech with him tackled our lavatory systems completely professional in from start to finish, and we were super impressed with their knowledge and details of both bathroom areas. They presented themselves in stellar representation of Milestone and the price of the equipment and service were second to none! We will be contacting Milestone again to tackle a few additional projects. And our thanks to Trevor McCurdy for the initial visit, assessment and diagnostic to get our project kicked off in pro fashion! Thanks team! MS

    We had a bathroom leak in which we didn’t know if it was in the slab or wall. The technicians Trevor, Jordon, Austin, and Westley were great. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and fast. Luckily it was in the wall and the expense was at a minimal. We we will definitely use them again.

    Hugo Sanchez was very courteous and prompt. He was quick and thorough when it came to my thermostat showing a heating error. Everything checked out fine. Cleared the code and mentioned if it pops up again they will just replace anything that could be giving the fault. Milestone is always very professional and I hope the company treats their employees as good as they treat us customers. Always a five star experience with all of their technicians. Thanks Hugo!
