She promised an installation date - it happened as promised. The carpet installers did a perfect, clean installation in five rooms in less than four hours! The gentlemen started working the moment they arrived. They didn't slow down until they walked out the door. We love the carpet - it's gorgeous, soft and comfortable. I would be so happy if every vendor I dealt with acted like Tammy and Tim Hogan's Carpet Outlet.
