We are a party equipment rental service company that's been in business since 1978. We offer delivery and pick-up options for all or our equipment, from teacups to trenchers.
We can also order most parts and manuals, or find them for you.
For Weddings & Graduations, we offer special order napkins, invitations and announcements for all your event needs.
We have several catalogs onsite, along with a friendly assistant to help with your ordering questions. Most orders can be delivered within one week of order date.

- CWCasey WOct 27, 20252.0Our reservation was messy all the way around. Delivery was supposed to happen between 9-11 on saturday. At 11:20, I called to ask when they would arrive. They didnt arrive until 1130. We rented a PA system and discovered that one of the speaker cables had been cut. We had to twist the cut tables back together to be able to use both speakers. Nobody checked the equipment prior to drop off. Lastly, pickup was supposed to be between 9-11 on Monday. We were required to give a second phone number when we paid our deposit due to the reservation needing to be changed, because my id is out of state and they required a state id. I got a call when the driver arrived for pickup, but I was 30 minutes away. Had they called the second number we provided, they would have been able yo pick up all of their equipment. Somehow they did take the time to find the phone number for the building owner, who had NOTHING to do with this reservation. Instead, I now have to take more time out of my day to arrange pickup later today. This reservation was MESSY. I recommend using someone else. Unless they do something to reduce the exorbitant delivery fees due to THEIR failures, we will never use them again. This was stressful!!!!!

Their equipment is always as advertised, if there are any problems a technician is always a phone call away to help troubleshoot or sent out to complete service on site. Always accommodate their customers needs whether it be in the office or out on the site! They really mean “if you need it we rent it!”
