  Equipment was good service was good easy access to pick up and drop off my only complaint was that they didn't have something to put between my trailer ramps so it made it difficult to load and unload the machine i rented because it had smaller wheels on the back so it was a little dangerous loading it so I brought a board to unload

  Poorly maintained equipment. They will try and nickel and dime you when returned.

  Our reservation was messy all the way around. Delivery was supposed to happen between 9-11 on saturday. At 11:20, I called to ask when they would arrive. They didnt arrive until 1130. We rented a PA system and discovered that one of the speaker cables had been cut. We had to twist the cut tables back together to be able to use both speakers. Nobody checked the equipment prior to drop off. Lastly, pickup was supposed to be between 9-11 on Monday. We were required to give a second phone number when we paid our deposit due to the reservation needing to be changed, because my id is out of state and they required a state id. I got a call when the driver arrived for pickup, but I was 30 minutes away. Had they called the second number we provided, they would have been able yo pick up all of their equipment. Somehow they did take the time to find the phone number for the building owner, who had NOTHING to do with this reservation. Instead, I now have to take more time out of my day to arrange pickup later today. This reservation was MESSY. I recommend using someone else. Unless they do something to reduce the exorbitant delivery fees due to THEIR failures, we will never use them again. This was stressful!!!!!
