  I have wanted to build an outdoor kitchen for some time under the pergola I had constructed and knew exactly what I wanted. I showed Ryan the plan and he said no problem. They built exactly what I envisioned and even made a few adjustments that I requested that made it even more functional and beautiful. Recommend them highly.

  Ryan/Mark and team helped us bring our backyard remodel to a reality - from the design stage through implementation - communication, quality, and attention to detail were excellent! We originally reached out to Ryan based on a referral and explained what we were looking for - we received a prompt site visit, quote, and rendering as well as suggestions that might improve our overall vision (not pushy or upcharges - but good, experienced suggestions). The rendering was very helpful in getting streamlined approval from the HOA. Ultimately, we decided on a patio cover, a new outdoor kitchen, and an expansive concrete patio with lighting. The construction phase was implemented quickly after receiving permits from the city - and when the city was a little difficult on the permitting, the FlagScaping teams' experience with the process showed, navigating through with very limited alterations to our original design. The construction crew was always very cordial and professional, and Ryan was very hands on in terms of pointing out details that the team needed to correct. As it pertains to change orders - there were none (unless we asked for them) as the detailed bid up front was comprehensive and well thought out. We highly recommend FlagScaping for all of your outdoor renovations!
