It's been only 3 weeks since Texas Home Improvement finished our home project and we have already noticed a significant difference in the temperature of our home. Although temperatures outside recently have ranged from 38Ā° to 95Ā°F, we've maintained an average temperature of 73Ā°F indoors without the A/C or Heat coming on for the last 2 1/2 weeks. We had a $98.00 DROP in the Electric Bill in 1 month. That includes 2 weeks of old Siding and 2 weeks of NEW Siding. YAY!! šššš ALL of our friends, family and neighbors say it looks like a BRAND NEW HOUSE!!! š šš ************************************ Our home was built in 1985. We're certain it was on a shoestring budget. The basically "cardboard" Siding used had no water barrier in it so, even after painting a couple of times it always looked "spotty". Then in the past year it started crumbling and actually falling apart. There was nothing under it except for tar paper. šššš Texas Home Improvement wrapped our entire home with TYVEK then replaced all of the Siding and Trim on our home with Hardie Board. They also painted with a product called CoolWall that NEVER needs REpainting. All with a LIFETIME TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY!! āØļøāØļøāØļøāØļøāØļø From our Salesman, Rob Fryhover to the Project Manager, Marcos Lopez; we were treated with Courtesy, Professionalism, Integrity and Respect. We were kept updated on our home project daily. If we had any questions or concerns Marcos was just a phone call away. He stayed on top of our project and addressed all of our questions immediately. Rob even stopped by to see the work progression and check if we had any questions. šš The workmen were outstanding. šššššš. Jose and Eric were very Polite, Organized, Friendly and Clean. They knew their work and did not play around with it. They are both excellent carpenters. Jose also explained any questions we had about the daily work. Jose and Eric took extra care cleaning up daily. We're going to miss seeing them everyday. š„²š„² We appreciate all of the care taken and we're very happy with everything about our project and the Company involvement.
