  Company will offer you a fake “‘Marketing agreement” after a fake “phone call” to their manager if you don’t buy day of. The “discounts” they offer you are still 15% over MSRP. That’s why the only offer it day of, they don’t want you to have the opportunity to price compare.

  Josh & Fred are awesome! We got a quote for our shower and they were super informative & knowledgeable! I wouldn’t trust no one else! We got to pick our tile for the walls as well as the bottom flooring for the shower, & the shower head! I can’t wait to get started!

  I have attempted to call the customer ‘care’ number multiple times with no response. I just sit on hold until the automated system sends me to a voicemail, where messages are not returned. I’ve attempted calling the main office on a few occasions, as well, and I’m told that they don’t have direct access to that department except through email. Emails are sent for someone to contact me, with no response to those either. When asking to speak to a supervisor, I get told the person I’m talking to is the supervisor, yet they don’t know what else to tell me.

  I regret using this company. 1. I received a 3 hour presentation about this company when all I wanted were quotes. At one point it seemed like the sales man wouldn't leave my house until I paid for their service. Afterwards, the number he gave me didn't work (what a surprise). 2. I was told that I didn't have to clean the shower like I would a regular shower because it cleans itself i.e. soap residue will not be left on the walls and floor after I take a shower. What he didn't tell me (and I haven't had this issue before) was that the corners hold water inside the floor and w, lls which cause it to mildew. Furthermore, I was told that if they have to do construction to remove the mildew then it voids the warranty. 3. I understand that it doesn't come with a shower door, but they couldn't give me any recommendations on a company that sales then. If I'm paying all of this money to remodel shower the least they can do is recommend a compnay. 4. Other than the previously mentioned issues the showers looks good but it wasn't worth $17k. This is in the killeen, Tx area. Again, I regret using their service and will never use it again.
