He even checked for natural gas leaks! (None found!😊) He was courteous to me and respectful of my home, not wanting to get mud on the floors. Thank you, Elmer, for hiring competent people that are also personable! I called Elmer's to get a second opinion on a repair and I have a lot of confidence in his estimate!

No pressure to automatically purchase a new unit like AlL have done in the past but instead showed me some upgrade accessories that would keep my unit running at top for as long as possible.
