- DNDan NirdlingerMay 3, 20225.0Scott, the manager (and I think owner), was available to come out to my house within 24 hours. Fixed to AC with a backed up water overflow valve. Awesome service! I have been with Diamond Quality for 5 years and only 1/2 pound of Freon needed due to previous owner neglect. He takes care of you.

Diamond was extremely responsive and professional in setting the appointment and communicating along the way. Ultimately, it turned out to be a job that will require a different process/service but Cale stayed and offered great advice and insight - despite it not being something they could profit from. Having dealt with a number of AC companies throughout our estimate process, Diamond stands out in their professionalism and honesty. Would definitely recommend.

They were on time did a great job, went above and beyond to help me with what I was needing. The price was right especially knowing the warrantee and the service I will have to back me up for the upcoming years. I am in a wheelchair and there are certain things I couldn’t do such is installing the new registers and they went ahead and installed them for me even though it wasn’t part of the contract. I would recommend this company to anybody looking for quality air-conditioner and heating service. Cale and Scott met with me about what I was needing and recommended the appropriate air-conditioning they didn’t try to upsell me they did what was best for me.
