  A few weeks ago I watched as a neighbor had their roof replaced. I was MOST impressed with the team of almost 2 dozen workers, all working like a well oiled machine. The next day the neighbor & I were talking & he couldn't say enough GOOD about the company. I told him that I've tried to get my 19 yo roof replaced several times but the insurance company refused because it was a high impact 50 year rated shingle on year 19. A bit later two gentlemen were at the door asking if they could look at my roof, explaining they had replaced the roof across the street. Ah-ha, conversation starter. After the roof inspection I was told that there were no penetrations and no leaks BUT. They went on to explain what WAS wrong with it and why. I listened to their explanation & invited them to talk to my insurance company. They did and did NOT argue with the insurance adjuster as many roofers do, rather they pointed out verbally and in writing what was wrong, why it was wrong and what very well could happen if was not resolved, sooner rather than later. Long story as I enter my 8th decade I've had many roofs replaced, from the first conversation to the last cleanup I have never been more pleased with any roofer. The workers worked hard, were careful of our shrubs & flower beds & everyone knew what they needed to do, when to do it and they did it right. We bought pizza for the whole teem. Now IF you have a roof that needs replacing, IF you want it done right, IF you want to get a price for the job that sticks even when they find more issues and IF you want a company that will take the lead in negotiating with the insurance company then the is NO IF as to whom you should contact.   Tôi chưa bao giờ viết review cho bất cứ ai, nhưng bây giờ tôi muốn viết review để cảm ơn Huy Phạm. Huy rất là uy tín và luôn đúng hẹn. Huy đã giúp chúng tôi thay toàn bộ mái nhà, máng xối, cửa lưới, sơn lại hàng rào, và thay cột patio…. Toàn bộ dự án đã hoàn tất rất đúng hạn, và dã được city kiểm định đúng theo tiêu chuẩn. Và đặc biệt là mức chi phí rất hợp lý. Không những thế Huy còn giúp đặt ống dẫn khỏi cho range hood trong nhà bếp without charge….. Suot thời gian thực hiện dự án, Huy và Jacob đã cập nhật rất chi tiết những hình ảnh, và xử lý những phát sinh một cách rất chuyên nghiệp. Trong thời buổi lạm phát khi giá thành tăng vọt mỗi ngày, nhưng công ty APEX PREMIER ROOFING vẫn giữ sự uy tín, chất lượng, và sự thỏa mãn của khách hàng là tiêu chuẩn chuẩn hàng đầu, thay vì chi chạy theo lợi nhuận. Chúng tôi rất vui lòng khi được một công ty đáng tin cậy như APEX, và những nhân viên tận tâm như Huy Phạm và Jacob giúp cho dự án của chúng tôi vào cuối tháng 11 vừa qua.   I have used Apex Premier Roofing on two of my homes and they are true professionals in every aspect. The crew was outstanding at protecting my plants/shrubs and they cleaned up the job site like nobody was ever there! Huy Pham was great to work with, He communicated with me by text and phone every step of the process. He does an outstanding job navigating through the insurance process, which can be overwhelming to someone not familiar with the process.   We recently had our roof replaced due to hail damage, and this Apex Premier Roofing company did an outstanding job. Ryan Zubrod was very professional, responsive, and guided us through the entire process from inspection to completion. The crew worked efficiently, used quality materials, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. The new roof looks great, and we feel confident knowing it was done right. Highly recommend them to anyone dealing with hail damage or needing a roof replacement!
