  I typically do not answer the door for solicitors, but this day was different. I met CJ Roberson as he was passing through the neighborhood, and he was immediately friendly and struck me as trustworthy. Some salesmen can make you feel uncomfortable or pressured as they give their pitches. However, CJ's demeanor and confidence let me know he was honest and looking out for me, the customer. We agreed to pursue the claim for a roof replacement based on my insurance coverage provisions as well as the fact that a qualifying storm had recently moved through the area. His team immediately went to work, taking pictures, working up quotes, and contacting their contractors to get the ball rolling. CJ was excellent with keeping me updated on the moving parts, explaining the process, keeping all the financials transparent, and answering any questions I had. The best part was that his approach let me know he was looking out for me, and his team's goal was to maximize the amount recovered from the insurance company, not at my own expense. So knowing that I had an expert in my corner, we took full advantage of every recoverable component that would qualify under the insurance coverage. On the date of install, he had an associate show up to take drone footage while the reroof unfolded. This on site project manager was great! And he and CJ were available during the whole day. The work was completed on time and professionally accomplished. Additional repair items, separate from the roof, were completed at a later date by other contractors. Although our financial transactions were complete, CJ did not stop working for me to ensure the whole project was done to my satisfaction. We encountered a small hiccup due to rain, which necessitated a return by one of the contractors to fix a few boards (due to the rain). CJ maintained his usual level of commitment and continuous communication to get the touch-ups completed. I'm so thankful for CJ, his team, and Apex Premier Roofing for the work they did at my home!

  Thank you to Huy and Aron sr quality control manager @ Apex premier roofing team made the entire roofing process stress-free from the beginning to the end was exceptional Smooth, professionalism from the claim process to the project on site everything was top notch 🤙during roofing replacement not only do they have excellent customer service but Aron also provide updates during installation photos & drone flight - every detail was perfect my roof looks amazing .That’s was above and beyond the service expected is a top tier 10 stars across the board !👍👍 I would definitely highly recommended Apex premier Roofing to anyone for quality , reliable professional work .

  These guys are amazing! They were super quick to get the job done. I had so many questions and they were able to answer each and every one of them. They are professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend 100%.

  I dont know where to start. I tend to be long winded, so I'll keep it going. We live in the Murphy Wylie area and have seen our fair share of storms. We've had roofs replaced on three different houses several times, over the years. Roofing companies have done good work for us, but nothing to the level of Apex. On a day like any other day, Eric Zuniga came strolling up our driveway, not unlike any previous roofer, but there just seemed to be something good about him, so I stopped and let him tell me what they might be able to do for us. He did his inspection and found there was damage. Little did I know, that he would be our project manager. He later set an appointment with he and Apex's Senior Dircyor Eric Trejo. "E.T." and "E.Z." sat down with my wife and I and went over the scope of what needed to be performed. We agreed on all products and colors. The shingle they use is one of the best, if not the best in the industry. It was all sent off to yhe insurance company and it took a while to get approved. Apex took all the time needed to get it done. And they made sure it did get approved. When the time came to do the work. They gave a detailed timetable of what would be done and when. From previous encounters with trades, I thought this was extremely helpful that they could do this and more importantly keep to their timeline. We have solar, so that also had a level of complexity. The day came to roof our home. Quality Control Manager Jose Cordova came to the door and explained what would ho on the next EIGHT HOURS! Never have we had a home stripped of its existing roof and re-roofed in that short of a time span. But again, the held true to their work. Problems arose and problems were solved and we were always in the loop. All the work performed was of of the upmost quality. I can't say enough about all they did for us and our home. I can't say enough for the quality of work the do, I just know it's fact. If you're on the market in need of a new roof, give these men a call. They'll put the best roof on your home too!
