  Ozzy, Edwin, and Jake were all amazing. Jake came out and gave us the honest truth that our system was dead on arrival. They had Ozzy and Edwin out the next day to replace our equipment and they did a wonderful job!

  Joseph was great. Explained everything to us and help give us some pointers for our system. We are very pleased with Elmer’s so far and appreciate that we know we can rely on them in the future

  I contacted eElmers for a repair. after the tech came out and decided it was best to replace my system. I used Elmer‘s to replace my entire HVAC system, the tech showed up to complete the install. They did not have a complete set of tools to complete the install and requested to borrow mine. The tech left without returning my tools and installed a reused filter in the system. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact Elmers to obtain resolution, which was simple, return my tools and replace the filter. There are many numbers to try and reach Elmers in their customer support does not take action, especially with a new customer. Needless to say my brand new system with a 10 year warranty does not have the faith and confidence to expect that they will actually honor their warranty services

  They told me I didn’t have to pay the service call. On day they were supposed to show up the lady said I had to pay she finally changed her mind. They called early that morning that a tech was nearby and he could be here in 45 mins never showed up I called so I could talk to the technician but they wouldn’t let me talk to him.This was after the 45 mins. I told them that I had to leave for few mins for someone to call me . Received no call technician never showed .. The lady said I cancelled the call which I never did .. I have my call logs to show what time I called and it was after 45 mins!!! Everything was done via a txt or email. Never got to talk to a technician!!! Only call I received was I think a dispatcher. I called again to ask if my appt which was between 2-5 o’clock was still good.. Then same dispatcher said she was short staffed and couldn’t get anyone here between those hours .. So if that’s the case why did you accept the 2-5 appt slot.. only reason you’re getting 1 star is because y’all have it setup that way or I can’t post the review!!

  Review / Warning About My Experience with Elmer’s HVAC Elmer’s came out to fix my AC because it wasn’t cooling properly. The technician tested the system and told me there was a leak in the coils. He said he contacted their parts department and was told the unit had been discontinued and that replacement parts were not available. According to him, the only option was to replace the entire unit for nearly $6,000. The problem with that diagnosis was that the unit was less than a year old. I knew I could buy a brand-new system and have it installed for less than half that price. I contacted the manufacturer/vendor directly, and they confirmed the unit was still under warranty. They simply needed the technician’s diagnosis and a few pictures, which he had taken, in order to process a warranty replacement. I contacted the technician and Elmer’s multiple times requesting a written diagnosis and photos so the warranty could be initiated. I never received the information and never even received a callback. They completely ghosted me. Because of that, I called a different HVAC company to come inspect the unit and provide documentation for the warranty. After spending about an hour examining the system, the new technician said he did not believe there was a leak at all. In fact, he said the previous technician had likely made the situation worse because the system was now freezing up, which it had not been doing before. The new technician recovered the refrigerant, performed a nitrogen leak test, and confirmed there were no leaks anywhere in the system. He then recharged the refrigerant, and the AC has been working perfectly for over a week. This experience cost me additional time, but it also saved me thousands of dollars by getting a second opinion. Fair warning to others: when your AC goes down, companies know you’re under pressure to fix it quickly. Unfortunately, some like Elmer's, use that urgency to push expensive replacements that may not actually be necessary—even when the system is less than a year old and still under warranty. If something doesn’t sound right, get a second opinion before approving a major repair or replacement.
