Andres was great. I went into this repair, thinking it would end up Turning into an insurance claim. He was very knowledgeable, described in detail what the issue was, and the process to fix it. He even entertained my 2.5 year old son. We had a hose bib replaced after it hadn’t been used for several months, and it caused a huge leak in our house. All told, he was in and out, and had all my questions answered in under an hour for a same day service repair. 10/10 would recommend BillyGo, and I will be requesting Andres on our next (hopefully non-emergency) service repair.

This is my second experience using BillyGo and I am beyond pleased! Carlos, our technician, was incredibly professional and competent. I needed something done urgently and he did it within the timeframe with excellence and great communication! While I hope I don’t need a plumber again soon, ha, will absolutely refer all of my friends to BillyGo and bonus if it’s Carlos!

Our Billy Go service man Sebastian Rubio is probably one of the most thorough and professional technicians that have serviced our units for the last 20 years. (HE GETS FIVE STARS). For the record, we started with Master Tech, and now 4 x AC units in two houses later we were still loyal customers. Throughout the years we referred Master Tech to multiple neighbors both in Fairway Vista and Hackberry Creek, many who purchased units. We don't believe that we can refer anyone until Billy-Go vastly improves the quality of its service calls. - However; all said, Sebastian's excellent and thorough inspection revealed how badly we had been serviced in the past. For example, during at least 2 x winter and summer inspections our outside units had not been cleaned. Sebastian removed the exterior covers of our two units; he cleaned them thoroughly. and Sebastian also took photos and demonstrated the condition of the motor housings for one of our attic units before/after. Previous technician's never did this function and certainly never provided photographs. . Sebastian inspected our two overflow PVS lines which needed flushing ($150.00) and he found that the red bi-pass valves were never installed on either unit. We note that, even if these two units were installed during Master Techs tenure, previous Billy-Go service calls never pointed this out. Billy Go quoted $250.00 to install the shutoff valves. I elected to do this myself; it took me 15 minutes and I spent less than $20.00 in parts. Separately, Sebastian found that the motor housing on one of my units in the attic was extremely dirty. PREVIOUS service calls never pointed this out. The cost $ quoted to correct something that should have been caught during previous service agreement maintenance was quoted by Billy Go offices at $580.00. Wow...what a shock when a simple vacuuming during the previous service calls would have remedied this issue without the need to later dis-assemble the complete motor housing . When a company purchases another company...some level of CUSTOM GOOD WILL should come to bear when incomplete installations later reveal things like missing shut-off valves. Maybe charge for the parts and not the exorbitant labor rates. -- The same goes for the issue of the dirty motor housings which were likely present during the last 2-3 Billy-Go inspections as part of the service agreement. In closing, if Billy-Go's policy is to upsell service calls to reach $1000.00 or more, the company is headed down the same road taken by multiple Metroplex GARAGE DOOR REPAIR COMPANIES that generally push all service calls to $1000,00 or more and eventually get sued or go bankrupt - There are multiple HVAC companies in the METROPLEX. We the customer do have choices. Good luck growing your new acquisition. You might find out that you are building a "HOUSE OF CARDS" if the policy of "UPSELLING SERVICE CALLS" or not implementing the practice of "customer good will "becomes the norm. We repeat Sebastian Rubio was outstanding !! Regards, A. Vega

Ricky Diaz was first point of contact with BillyGO and he was great. Issac and Alex made the needed sanitary line repairs and they were great also. After Ricky determined had a leak and a tunnel needed to be dug we were told a crew would be out the next morning to dig the dirt so repairs could be completed, they didn’t show up until 12:30 and didn’t get out of their vehicle until 1pm. We contacted BillyGO at 11 and tried to find out when the crew would show up, they never got back to us. Issac and his partner completed the repairs on Friday morning and we assumed the hole would be filled in on Monday. Nobody showed up. I called BillyGO on Monday late morning and asked when a crew was going to show up. They said they would have to get back to me because they sub that work out and not sure when they have us scheduled. Wish I would have known that before! They told me the crew would be at our house on Tuesday morning. They didn’t show up until 11:30 and of course had to have lunch before starting. Not sure when they finished because late afternoon I looked out and everyone was gone. Never knocked on the door or rang the doorbell to inform me they were done and so I did not have an opportunity to inspect their work for approval. The first pictures are how poorly they packed the dirt back in and it has sunk from 8-12” in a large area. We used Olshan for our foundation repairs and they have a contract with BillyGO to do a hydrostatic water test after the foundation repairs and I’m regretting letting BillyGO on my property to do that test.

Our foundation company suspected an under foundation leak and had BillyGO come out to check. Quan did an initial assessment and found a drain-side leak indication so I paid for a more extensive leak location test. They sent a couple of technicians who isolated it to a bathroom and Quan then provided estimates for tunneling under (expensive) and cutting through the floor (about half of tunneling) to repair the leak. I was able to see their testing and they were thorough in explaining the issue and costs. When they came into our house during testing they were respectful and wore protective shoe coverings to keep our house clean. I recommend working with them on plumbing diagnostics. I’ll provide another review once the repair is completed.
