  I have used Window World for several homes in the DFW area I think the price and quality is some of the best in the industry and when you do have a issue with a window they come out and install a new one Free! That’s how you know you made the correct choice in replacement windows. The warranty service after the sale and a friendly service tech

  I already loved my Window World windows so much, and it just got better. I had a seal fail on one and a simple email garnered instant results. They immediately responded that the window replacement had been ordered. Shortly after I received notice that it was ready for installation. Tyler kept me informed during the entire process. He arrived on time this morning and had it fixed and cleaned up within 20 minutes…all while being sweet to my dog. Can’t say enough about Window World and Tyler.

  Jose Cruz Garcia came out to see why the windows were letting in so much air when it is windy. He thoroughly explained what the issue was, checked all the windows to see if they had the same issue and fixed them. I am very glad WW sent him!

  One of our windows had developed mold due to an improper seal. I emailed a claim with a photo and soon my replacement window was ready. Window World kept me posted all through the process. When it was ready to install, they called with a time estimate and showed up promptly. It only took him about 2 minutes to have it in. I'm very impressed! We are having Window World put in new windows in the front of our house this year (they did the back a few years ago). They're lovely windows, they perform well even after years and they're very easy to clean (including the screens). I highly recommend them!

  We brought our home 2 years ago and the previous owners had installed the home in 2017 with Window World Windows throughout the home. We were not familiar with this product because in CA most homes use Milgard. So far I have been so very impressed with the windows, customer service staff and the easy to use online Warranty Claim Form (super easy). After making a claim for a damaged window seal, within hours they reached out to us to arrange a replacement as well as perform maintenance with silicone spray to all our window tracks that were sticking. Customer service told us when the new window would be ready and we received an email almost to the day. The repair dept called the morning of the service and gave us a reasonable 3 hour window of arrival. Juan and Tyler arrived on time, ready to work and extremely polite.very friendly and extremely polite - nice young men. The quality of our windows are great but what will make us a repeat customer in the future is WINDOW WORLD’S excellent Customer Service from corporate staff to the techs in the field! That’s PRICELESS!
