  I arrived early my appointment was at 7:00 but I got there a little after 6:00 a.m. they got me in right away it was a lot of small skids 97 of them and two 10 ft tubes then loaded me very quickly and the lady that was in the receiving office was very nice and helpful red light green light stuff as soon as it turns green you can pull forward and your signed bol will be in the back the only reason why it took an hour and a half is is because they were in a meeting for the first 15 minutes very quick..

  First time making a delivery at this location luckily they let you park on the side street next to the warehouse for overnight parking they do go by appointments just be mindful there's construction in the area kind of confusing on where to pull in or pull out at the time of this posting March11 2026 it's best to come in through S. beltline road and refuge Way new warehouse Google has not updated their photos.

  Saeid Alvarez is a amazing salesman! We're from out of state doing a big job. Needed a reliable vendor, called around and got pricing. Called Ferguson and spoke to Saeid, and he was beyond helpful and way better pricing than other places. Also this place is HUGE!! and brand new. Amazing inventory of in stock items, from PVC SCH.80, CPVC SCH.80, BLACK IRON ETC. Definitely recommended Saeid for all your plumbing and piping needs!

  Large location with ample stock but not the best location for plumbers. This location doesn’t allow you to drop off a warranty heater you bring back unlike others. Also i had to fight a bit to get a warranty exchanged. They told me they can’t. Then he told me they don’t have a compatible unit. once i got on the phone with Bradford white the associate immediately said oh yea i have some. After just trying to shoo away our company that has shopped with ferguson almost daily for 20+ years. Will not be back to this location but again… great store for residential customers but not so much the technicians
