Thank God for Jimmy and Bon air who came on Christmas eve and fixed us rite up. They are always knowledgeable and friendly. She we have the plan with them it did not even break the bank! Thank you Jimmy for working on Christmas eve!
- RMR MBDec 15, 20251.0We recently had a tech from Bon Air at our home to check to see if our filter needed to be changed. We have used this company for over 10 years. We have always replaced the filter as recommended by Bon Air. After checking the unit the tech showed us photos of mold growing in what was supposed to be our ac unit and recommended that we have him install a $1,000 air purifier. What he did not know was that our ac unit was professionally cleaned (along with the interior of the house) two months ago thanks to a white mold problem. The following day we had another company check our ac unit for mold. I went up into the attic with the tech and he showed me the interior of the unit which had no mold at all anywhere. The photo he showed us of an ac unit with mold growing in it was not our unit. We will not be using Bon Air for our ac service in the future.

We had multiple quotes to replace it but Cody at Bon Air was the most professional and straightforward rep I’ve ever dealt with on the HVAC side. It’s one of the most expensive purchases you can make for a home and he made it extremely transparent for us. Explaining exactly what SEER rating was recommended for our home, how much it would actually improve our energy bill, etc. He was available day and night to answer any questions we had. I will absolutely keep doing business with Bon Air just for the customer service.
- AFace froehleDec 2, 20255.0Ashton was great, came out super knowlegable. was able to troublehsoot my problems and find that it was the controller for my hvac that was epxerincing issues. was in and out in a timely manner and able to get me up and running for the time being on heat at the mometn. my units appears to have been maintenced by bon air for about a decaded by the previous home owner. so it was nice to see such great customer service that the previous home owner received.
