  I visited your store today, it was a horrible visit. Who ever let Dana quit needs to be fired. She was the one employee that held the store together. And your new manager girl, is so rude. You can tell she doesn’t want to work with customers. This store is not doing very good.

  I enjoyed shopping here. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Glen Rose is fortunate to have this store.

  They were very knowledgeable and helpful as I was trying to figure out the best way to do a project that my wife wanted me to do. Aaron was excellent and very patient with me as I was trying to decide. I would highly recommend this store. From what I have witnessed Aaron always is going above and beyond to help his customers out.

  I spoke with Aaron a few weeks ago about string trimmers. Unfortunately the best suited trimmer for my needs was sold out. Fast forward to last Friday, Aaron contacted me to let me know what I was wanting had come in. The purchase was simple and quick. He already knew what accessories I needed to convert it over to the blade attachment as well. Like everyone else we have all experienced good and bad customer service in the past at some point in our lives. The Glen Rose Higginbotham is just different. All of the staff is quick to greet and helpful when finding just what I need.
