  I had an amazing experience working with Lisa Carver! She helped me find the unique look of carpet I was after, and was extremely knowledgeable. She communicated everything perfectly and made me feel at ease! Manuel and his team of installers did a phenomenal job as well, moving around 4 bedrooms of furniture, and laying a patterned carpet! Highly recommend.

  We had such a great experience with Floor King! Heidi, our sales rep, made the entire process so easy from start to finish. She was helpful, responsive, and took care of everything seamlessly. Our installer, Nelsvic, did an amazing job—he was professional, efficient, and left everything clean when he was done. There was another team member working alongside him as well, and while I didn’t catch his name, he was just as hardworking and professional. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free, and we absolutely love how our new floors turned out. Highly recommend Floor King if you’re looking to redo your floors!

  I chose Floor King to start my search for new laminate flooring because they are family owned, have been in business for a long time & the installers are part of the company. Lori was wonderful to work with. Luckily, she was very, very patient in helping me choose flooring that coordinated with existing cabinets and tile flooring. Romulo and his crew did a perfect installation; everyone was very professional and conscientious. The floors are really beautiful and I am a very happy customer and highly recommend Floor King.

  Warning: DO NOT do business with Floor King We had a bad experience with a GC who subbed to Floor King for our floors. Our project was severely mismanaged, resulting in large amounts of money unpaid to many of the subs, including Floor King. I emptied my retirement to pay nearly $40k to Floor King to fully pay the remainder of the amount due them to get our floors finished. As far as I understand it, the GC who went bankrupt, still owes Floor King for *other* projects he did with them. We've tried reaching out to Floor King for some follow-up work (a dog tore up some carpet), and they refuse to do business with us, or help us in any way to get the materials we need to find someone else to do the work, claiming that we owe them money. When asked for more information about how we owe them money, the owner responded with "I'm not going to tell you that information." This is completely unacceptable, and unprofessional. DO NOT trust your business with Floor King. Their reps and owners are quite nasty, hostile, and apparently, are terrible at keeping books. One particular rep of theirs - Brodie Hillegas, is especially nasty and insulting, and can't seem to get out of the way of his own ego.

  Excellent experience with the sales/service coordinator (Lisa), installation scheduler (Denise) and installation lead (Romulo). In January we bought a house in Georgetown’s Serenada subdivision and wanted wood flooring previously installed in the bedrooms to match the hall and entryway (by Floor Kjng 5 years earlier). We had a few unused planks, and explained we had a short lead time before scheduled move-in. Lisa referenced the previous installation within their database, quickly visited our home, measured, worked to identify the older flooring, locate the distributor, establish an order, and get it here a week before move-in. Denise was able to get the installers scheduled in that week, and Romulo’s team showed-up quickly and had it completed in very short time. Lisa and Denise followed-up after installation to ensure we were satisfied. Lisa also followed-up to provide links to hardwood floor care requirements by us, as well as references to our floor warranty. Overall, very pleased with sales, service, and the flooring.
