- DCDavid ClaryDec 1, 20255.0On Wednesday Morning, November 8th, about 8am, I was going to run a quick errand before having to take a relative to the airport in Austin at 10:30. One big problem ... MY GARAGE DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN - I COULDN'T EVEN MANUALLY OPEN IT !! Looking to try to figure out what might be wrong, I discovered that one of the springs had broken !! I immediately called the Door Company. They quickly got someone over to my house to install new springs. While there, he also discovered a broken bracket, which he replaced, and lubricated every roller and the tracks. I was totally impressed with how fast they got it done. My door is very heavy with the insulated panels it has. While there, he also installed a handle on the inside to assist with opening it manually, if necessary (again). I have used them in the past to install a new automatic garage door opener, which I am also very pleased with. 🙂 I highly recommend them.

Having a husband who needs to be rushed to emergency periodically due to cancer, I was not able to open the garage door. The springs on the large garage door had broken. The kind woman in the office was sensitive to my serious predicament and sent Patrick over the next morning to repair the unit. Patrick was an absolute delight and exactly on time with the appropriate remedy. Sean was very speedy in getting a receipt over to me via email. The overall experience was outstanding because the personnel members are outstanding. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!

I called them and they were out here, replaced the broken spring with two springs (one for each side of our 2-car garage) and had us fixed and the garage door working again in under an HOUR! Amazing! Highly recommend them and the gentleman was able to work in a tight space with our cars stuck inside the garage. He’s been doing this for 30 years and he was great!
