    What happened to great customer care in Georgetown? I went to the dumps today, 10/3/25 around 230pm, and the woman that was running the entry, i guess she is the cashier, had the worst attitude. I sat there for a couple minutes and finally had to knock on the window to get her to come to the window and when she opened the window and she gave me this "How dare you disturb me" face. She said $35 and that is it, didn't say anything else. Just a horrible attitude. People have to realize that we do not have to come to your organization. There is competition out there. People get away with this attitude because management doesn't care either. So sad. This used to be a good community to raise kids. Too many people and organizations like this here now.

    I'm thankful for the option to take items to Texas Disposal. This was my second visit. The employees are always nice, they do a great job.

    This company has the worst people working for them. Live in Sun City would not even back up to pick up my trash. I am 71 years old and the rudeness of these people toward the elderly is unbeliveable. Horrible service and horrible people!!!!

    Scheduled a bulky pickup last week for Tuesday this week. I put the pile of patio furniture out on the curb on Monday night as instructed. Today is Friday and the ugly mess is still sitting there. Everyday I call and they say they're behind with bulky but will get it "today". Yesterday she said "We have until the end of the week to pick it up." Who gave them until the end of the week? Why make appointments? If I get a reply to this from "Katy" asking me to call Customer Service because they want to hear about my experience my head will explode. I have been calling Customer Service every single day.
