No other companies had a solution for the problem and Dan simply rerouted the line upon initial observation. Balde was professional and gave a thorough duct evaluation and provided detailed pictures and recommendations for plenum replacements. Sammy and Tyler came out next day and completed the demo/install. Sammy answered questions and kept us updated on the progress. Both did professional and detailed work. Glad we are now using Quality.
