Responsive, professional, and a fair price-that’s tough to find now days! I can’t recommend Plumb Intended enough. They were able to help me out same day with and issue and while here, I created another, bigger issue and they took care of that too. I’ll recommend anyone looking for a plumber to give them a call. Thanks again!

disappointed with the service provided by Plumb Intended. What should have been a straightforward water heater installation turned into a stressful and costly ordeal for my family. From the moment the plumber arrived, the vibe was off. He was not friendly at all and acted as if being in our home was a massive inconvenience. His demeanor was so cold and gruff that it actually made my family feel very uncomfortable in our own house. The installation itself was a mess—literally. The Mess: He left debris and puddles behind without even attempting to clean up. Pressure Issues: Shortly after he left, water began spurting violently from our taps with dangerously high pressure. It was clear the system hadn't been properly calibrated or air-purged.Most upsettingly, our hardwood flooring was damaged during the process, likely from dragging the old unit or failing to use protective mats. When I contacted the owner to calmly discuss these concerns, I expected a professional resolution. Instead, the owner was extremely rude. Rather than taking responsibility, he became defensive and eventually started yelling at me over the phone. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a business owner. Save yourself the headache and the damage to your home. Do not hire Plumb Intended. They lack basic manners, technical care, and any sense of accountability.

This was a deeply distressing experience I had with Plumb Intended. While the initial interaction seemed positive, the subsequent technical failures and the owner’s behavior were completely unacceptable. When the team first arrived to install a water filtration system, they were polite and professional. I invested in this system specifically to help manage a medical skin condition (eczema), making the success of this installation very important to my health and well-being. Unfortunately, after the installation, the water quality did not improve. Upon further inspection, it became clear the system was installed incorrectly. The relief line failed and ended up flooding my garage, causing significant stress and potential property damage. The most appalling part of this experience was the owner’s response when I reached out to report the flooding and the faulty installation. Instead of taking responsibility for his company’s mistake, the owner became incredibly aggressive. He began yelling at me and, most disturbingly, used vile racial slurs during our conversation. To conclude the interaction, he refused to fix the damage his team caused and told me to simply "use my own insurance" to cover the costs of their errors.Professionalism is about more than just being polite during a sales pitch; it is about the integrity of the work and the treatment of customers when things go wrong. No customer should ever be subjected to such blatant technical incompetence, property damage, or racial harassment. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs.

I am writing this review to share a deeply disappointing experience with Plumb Intended. While I prefer to support local businesses, the lack of professional integrity and the hostile treatment I received make it necessary to warn other homeowners. The Issue I originally hired the owner of Plumb Intended to address a plumbing concern in my home. After his assessment, he recommended a specific course of action totaling approximately $1,000. Trusting his expertise, I paid for and proceeded with the suggested work. Unfortunately, the original issues persisted immediately after the job was completed. When I reached out to express my concerns, I decided to seek a second opinion to ensure the root cause was being addressed. The Discovery I hired a different Master Licensed Plumber to inspect the system. After a thorough evaluation, it was confirmed that the $1,000 worth of work performed by Plumb Intended was entirely unnecessary and did not address the actual mechanical failure. Essentially, I was sold an expensive "fix" for a problem that didn't exist, while the real issue remained untouched. Unprofessional Conduct The most upsetting part of this experience was the owner’s reaction. When I contacted him to politely discuss the findings of the Master Plumber and ask for a resolution regarding the unnecessary charges, the owner became extremely volatile. Rather than engaging in a professional dialogue or defending his work with facts, he resorted to screaming and yelling at me. Conclusion A professional business should stand by its diagnostics and, at the very least, maintain a level of decorum when a customer raises a legitimate concern. The combination of an incorrect, costly diagnosis and the subsequent verbal hostility is unacceptable. I cannot recommend Plumb Intended to anyone seeking honest or respectful service.

I had an exterior faucet that was leaking due to a break in the copper pipe in the brick wall. I called Plumb Intended and they scheduled me right away for an appointment. Jared came out identified the cause of the leak. He was able to take out the broken piece and attach a new copper fitting without having to mess with any brick or mortar. I am very pleased with the job he did and the prompt response I received from the whole team. I will definitely use their plumbing services in the future.
