  Worst experience. Delivered wrong material 3 times!!! Waisted driving time and money with my contractors showing up. Worst part , they said they would refund my $ back to me and now they don’t want to because their rep doesn’t want to. Amber the sales rep didn’t want to lose any money on her end either , so again they don’t care about their customers just their bottom line. I DO NOT recommend this place.

  Jason and the team at Flooring Warehouse did a great job. Scheduled quickly and was right on time. My mom also used them years ago and they took care of her as well.

  Buying here was a challenge. My sales person completely forgot our conversation, which led to several bumps. I had called on a weekend, heard kiddos, and tried to give grace, being she was a mom answering a phone call on the weekend. I do the same with my business. However, it seems everything we spoke about was forgotten. 1 - She forget our convo where I told her the sq ft. She asked again. And then I still had to correct the amount, even though I told her I was already accounting for waste. 2. She did not put in the estimate for an Austin delivery. Which is what I approved. She snuck it on the receiving sheet that it was customer pick up. 3. When I let them know I don't have the means to pick this up, she claims to not have any recollection of our conversation. Then she offered to get an Uber freight quote. 4. I never received notice it was ready. I had to reach out and follow up myself. Just a pretty cruddy experience all around. I get it, it's hard to answer the phone when kiddos are around. But at some point, it's a big cost to me now, for a problem I didn't cause. If you buy here, just be sure to get a very clear written trail of your conversations and shipping/receiving plan.

  Amber went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. She even went to another store to get the samples we needed to take home. True genuine care for customers young and old. We are so grateful to have found this place. Such a great selection of tiles and literally the nicest people most caring people we’ve done business with.
