- BJBrian JacksonFeb 23, 20261.0This outfit is both unreliable and dishonest. Several weeks ago I discovered that they owed me a refund which they then acknowledged, and promised to provide to me. In the ensuing weeks I have had to call no less than three times to remind them of this outstanding debt, but I have still to receive my refund. If this company cannot do the small and simple things right and keeps breaking their commitments, surely they are not to be trusted to do any maintenance or repairs on one's home. My recommendation is to avoid doing any kind of business with them whatsoever.
