- ASAndrew Savens3 days ago1.0I had an incident with one of Champion's trucks this past weekend on I35. The bed of the truck was not properly covered with a five-foot section left completely uncovered, which resulted in thousands of little rocks falling out of the bed of the truck while going 75 mph. This cause multiple cracks to my windshield and multiple chips to the front of my new vehicle. Over the past week I have made multiple calls and even sent an email with photos(attached) showing the truck, the uncovered bed of the truck full of rocks, the license plate, and the DT #. Unfortunately, I cannot get a response from Champion at all. The damage to the vehicle is one thing, but had larger rocks fallen out of the bed of their truck, it could have killed me. This is negligence and it's a shame Champion is not willing to take any responsibility. I will be filling a police report, contact the BBB, and telling my story on every review site I can find. Do better!
