I sent an email to the one provided by them and not a surprise, they did not respond. So just keep that in mind. Also, take a look at the other reviews, notice I am the only one that actually owns a home here and posted about it after its been built and lived in more then a year and a half. No issues with the sale team, they are kind and helpful. However, Ashton Woods warranty department is a joke. We have a 10-year roof warranty on our last new home build. Ashton Woods is 1 year. After almost 17 months of having the house, we found that we had a leak in the roof that we clearly didn’t know we had in the fist year of owning the home. We had a little amount of rain to start with in the first year of owning the home, but also it might have been leaking in the first year, we just didn’t know it (the insulation held some of the water back), until the dry wall finally started leaking. The way they throw these houses up so quick you NEED a longer warranty or you will end up paying to fix their poor workmanship like we did. Also, the community pool is way to small for the hundreds of houses planned for this community and at least once a month your house shakes like it’s going to collapse because of the local quarry blasts. Hope that helps you make an informed home purchase.
