  He did a good job, but the only problem is he forgot to turn on the outside unit. I had to get someone to come and see what was wrong, because it was not cooling

  Very professional & knowledgeable of the system. Briefed on what he had done after completion. I am totally happy w/DTC, and they installed my system a year & half ago. This was a pre hot weather check of the system, & is part of the semi annual preventative maintenence they offer. Thanks, Andrew.

  Called and made sure it was OK to come over early. Spent time going through all the components in the air-conditioning unit was very clear on explaining the system. He was very easy to work with.

  I have been using DTC for years since I moved to Georgetown in 2005. When I moved into my house in 2011, I continued to use them to service my unit every fall and spring. My unit was 4 years old at the time I bought my house. For the last few years they would regularly "hint" that my unit was old and could go most any time. Well, at about 18 1/2 years old, it finally gave up. They came out quickly on Friday afternoon as my company and I were getting ready to head to Austin for a gathering with relatives. They were able to make a few adjustments to get it running, adding that what they did might last 3 or 4 days at the most (enough at least to last us through the weekend). They showed up early Tuesday morning with my new A/C - Heating equipment. A crew of 4 guys got busy removing all of my old, outdated stuff and spent several hours getting all of my new equipment set up and running, telling me how quiet the new equipment would be (inside and out). They were right. I couldn't believe how quick the unit "read" my house to calculate the temperature throughout before turning itself on. In no time, the temperature was cooling throughout the house (no sound at all of it flowing through the vents) !!! They programed the control unit then showed me how to adjust the temperature settings, etc to suit my needs at any given time. I have always been pleased with DTC with their service over the years. I am REALLY IMPRESSED with my new equipment and THEIR INSTALLATION of it !!!!
