  Disappointing experience for a loyal customer—unreliable and overpriced. ​I am writing this as a former "Advantage Member" who has spent over $5,000 in repairs with Milestone on a unit that is less than 10 years old. I recently canceled my membership after being charged for a renewal with zero prior notification. My recent experiences have made it clear that this company prioritizes upselling over transparency. ​The only reason I called Milestone this time was because they performed all my previous work. I actually had a much more affordable AC company already scheduled to come out, but I canceled them because I wanted to verify if my previous repairs were still under warranty. That decision turned out to be a total waste of time. ​I spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service just to get a straight answer on the warranty. The representative initially said there was none, then claimed it was one year, despite their website stating two years for Advantage Members. I was told the visit would cost $29.99, but after the tech arrived and looked at the unit for 20 minutes, I was hit with a surprise $140 "diagnostic fee" just to tell me what was wrong. They then tried to use this fee as leverage, offering to waive it and the gas surcharge only if I signed back up for the membership. ​It is frustrating because I now have to go back to a third-party company to get a proper diagnostic. Even if they find that the issue is related to Milestone’s previous work, I have zero confidence that Milestone will honor their warranty without trying to hit me with more "absurd" diagnostic fees and labor costs. ​Milestone is significantly overpriced. I had a similar high-pressure experience with their garage division, where they refused to repair a door unless I replaced all my equipment with their brand. While the technicians are usually professional, the corporate culture of hidden fees and upselling is exhausting. After $5,000 in repairs and constant inconsistencies, I cannot recommend them. Save your money and find a company that values transparency.

  Garrett, was very prompt and knowledgeable about giving us a quote to replace our bathroom exhaust fans. He gave us several options to proceed. I appreciate his love for what he does. He doesn’t consider his job work, but an opportunity to help people.

  First time to use Milestone. It was an excellent experience. From the phone contact to when the technicians left our home. Very professional. They did see more work that needed done besides what I called them to do but I think that is a common practice for service companies. I just asked to do the duct cleaning. They were not pushy about it. Nicholas Perez was lead tech and was so knowledgeable and explained things to my understanding. He was absolutely GREAT and so was the other technician. I will use Milestone again because of the customer service they exhibited.

They are first class, dependable and provide incredible service and workmanship that is beyond 5-Stars!! Well work the investment!

  She quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the steps necessary to get our electricity restored. The problem would require contacting Oncor to come out and determine which one of the lines to our house had quit working . She contacted Oncor to explain the problem and they arrived quickly to begin their work. We had our electricity restored within 3 hrs of her arrival at our house.
