Be alert with this one, unorganized if you’re picking up a load and taking it nearby be ready for the long wait to get loaded and the headache at the receiver. They can see you standing there inside the warehouse no one asks you anything. Everyone ignores you they don’t cared and don’t cared about the order of the manifest. Once I picked up here, guys at receiver didn’t want to received due to the order having stuff that were not on my trailer and my trailer having stuff not on the manifest avoid the headache and stay away took me 7 hours from shipper to receiver to get loaded and empty. You will lose your day doing this load.

I’m specifically talking about the Garland Texas location. Trane used to be quality product and the quality of customer service has gone absolutely downhill. It’s not just Garland. It’s also McKinney, Carrollton, every train location I’ve dealt with. I know the slogan is you can’t stop a train, but the reality is you can’t stop a Trane if you’re lucky enough to get it started up. Trane has become such an embarrassment and the customer service is absolutely gone down the drain .
