The only item I provided for the list of issues needed for service and install was the kitchen faucet I purchased from a retail supplier. Use them!

Rusty (at the office) has been great to work with. Also, Quincy and Hank, who did the preliminary work today, were very personable and knowledge. This is a great company, and we've used them for years.

They can offer advice to help you prevent further incidents and so solved all my immediate problems like inspecting my water heater while draining it and pointing out all the cat hair accumulation I wasn’t aware of that could lead to needing a new one. Also fixed my half bath sink drain and showed me how to prevent that again.

Was told that "ground and pipes shift" and it's not necessarily leaking at the site of service. I am watching the fitting leak in the exact place they serviced the pipe and still told that it is not necessarily related and won't be covered.
